Traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival, snow skin mooncakes are a non-baked cake made from rice flour with a chewy exterior not unlike Turkish Delight. You’ll choose your own fillings and press your mooncakes with a decorative design.
Classes begin promptly at 6pm. To ensure we have enough supplies, please arrive no more than 5 minutes late.
