Learn skills that are typically taught in business as we reveal leadership secrets for genealogists and other volunteers! This jam-packed session includes meeting expectations, how to create a vision, building trust with your team, decision making, running effective meetings, time management, and strategic planning.
This will be a hybrid class held in-person in the Local History Room and online via Zoom. Registration is only required for Zoom attendees.
